Cool, I've been looking for something like this.

I hope it's genuine (rather than some piss take site or an attempt to sell me a religion) 'cos I've been looking to a bag to put my fragmented belief set in for some time.

i would say this result is somewhat accurate...because the questions i ask to my church sometimes disturb members (haha)...and usually those questions are not about very particular things.

i asked one question that caused many jets of fire to be aimed at me: "How can God be omnipotent and omniscient at the same time?"...and guess what? I asked this after reading The Matrix and PHilosophy. HAHA White laugh

Um why didn't they say the obvious answer?

There is no problem with God being omniscient and omnipotent at the same time. If he can do anything then he almost certainly MUST know everything. The problem, as Knnknn has noticed, is that being able to do everything must surely include the impossible!

I found that I am a spiritual straddler and when I tried to answer as Nietzsche would (which is pretty difficult because he still believes in a kind of personal development which could be described as 'spiritual'), Nietzsche came out as Spiritual Dabbler.

mormans

hey i didn't take the quiz but i have to say...i used to be morman and if anyone out there is looking into it(why in the first place?) you have to know something. it is a cult, they have sacrificial rooms and they have weird ass sexual stuff going on in the temples. they have back rooms full of pentagrams and stuff its weird. so don't be morman, wrong choice.

Mormonism

I must say that I am surprised that mormonism is higher on that list than traditional christianity. I went to an eastern orthodox church not that long ago and was very impressed with that form of worship.

I am most puzzled by the high position of Mahayana Buddhism. I am by no means anywhere near becoming a buddhist and if I did I'd be more likely to go into Theravada.

That Christian Science is above traditional Christianity is also annoying. Christian scientists claim that pain and death are an illusion. I've never heard so much shite in all my life!

You should worry, it said my Beliefs are 97% compatible with this shower. Shocked

Anyway, while I was there I read up on the one top of my List (new thought?) and it turns out it's not that close to my beliefs - which would seem to suggest the questions are weighted.

So I read the summaries for ALL those listed on the site and I found one that's pretty damned close - but it only scored 25% on my test results.

So I might have myself a rew religion What the...? [/i]

Thanks. I've got some reading to do. Shocked

I thought it would be nice to include a Yin-Yang in my Avatar as a token gesture.

There was a really nice animated one posted a couple of weeks ago and I'm almost sure it was you, crossfade.

But I can't find it now.
