 the anomaly: are you saying that your friend seriously doesnt know that palpatine is the emperor?...or just that he doesnt think that it is palpatine in that clip? He knows palpatine is the emperos, he is just suspicious about these things. But he is a Star Wars master mind. A real, genuine nerd. He just thought maybe George Lucas might add a new Dark Jedi to the third movie to make for money. Which he seems to be all about these days.  Holy shit, I want that trailer, all this talk is making Star Wars seem good again! I'm hoping this new movie doesn't fail like Episode 1 and 2, I really want something to look forward to, I'll watch the trailer when I get the chance!

 i saw the trailer last night when i saw the new pixar movie the incredibles. good flick, the trailer on the other hand. when the description leaked it sounded cool but when i saw the trailer i was alittle dissappointed. it wasnt as good as i thought it would be but you nerdy star wars geeks probably want to have sex with it. but i give 2 stars out of 5, sorry anomaly. posted by Agent Zero |

 Or is that bit in the trailer where he goes "rise Vader" REALLY corny? Hmmm well... It seems to me that in this movie ol' Anakin/Vader is supposed to knock up Amidala, turn to the dark side, fight in the clone wars, gain the cool black suit and even involve some yoda fight scenes. If so, what did we ever need the last two movies for? First of all the first two movies were pants and secondly they didn't really contain any of the answers we wanted concerning the origin of Vader. (Oh so one day when he was younger his mum got kidnapped and he went mental - five minutes of the second movie done in the most crappy and corny way ever. Yeah great) Die-hard star wars fans can keep the first two movies. This is the one they need to get right. You can't have a Star Wars movie without Vader and so perhaps we shall finally have a quality prequel. (And don't say that the whiny kids in the last two movies were vader - that's like saying that a movie with just Mogwais and no Gremlins would still be a gremlins movie - BS!) posted by fatpie42 |
