Yes. Once you register your copy of The Matrix Online, a monthly subscription fee will be charged for the service. Pricing plans will be announced at a later date.

I think everybody that plays is going to be from Zion. The question relates the one that ONEderman posed.
The ONEder Man:
1. The machines try to convince you to not keep freeing humans so the matrix will not crash and both machines and humans can coexist in the matrix,(which is kinda what neo was shooting for right? i may be leaning that way if i play )
2. the humans want to keep freeing more and more people,(which i think could be a bad thing, crashing matrix etc.)
3. and they didn't say what merv was up to...can't be good...(these people must be stopped at all cost IMHO)

I think I'm leaning more towards absolute freedom. Hopefully, that way humans can break free from the Matrix and try to co-exist w/machines in the real world...but, we can all discuss and make a decision. Cool

Great. Just great. Four days before my anniversary. Now when my wife asks me if I have any plans, I'll say, "Yep. I'm going to play MxO w/my IMO...I mean, spend all day w/you." White laugh

Dude, you do realise when the baby comes along you are going to have next to no time to play the game with us!

*does little boy impression and throws stones at G's window* "Hey Mrs G, can he come out and play with his friends today?" Very Happy

White laugh Yeah, I know. However, my babe is unbelievably cool when it comes to this kind of stuff. She really is understanding in the sense that she knows that there are times that I just want to relax and play video games. Like I've said before...she rocks. Head banger

Just found WBIE will be charging a monthly subscription fee of $14.99 to players. Which apparantly is the same pricing as that of other new MMORPGs, such as EverQuest II and World of Warcraft.
