p2pnet.net News:- Microsoft wasn't the only target for Jeffrey Lee Parson's version of the Blaster e-worm, a Seattle court has heard.
He'd also aimed it at the RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) and MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America), according to court papers alluded to in a Seattle Times story here. Now Parson could land in jail for up to three years after admitting he modified a version of Blaster and turned it loose. Faced with ongoing Spam, Adware and Spyware problems from corporations which target individuals "there are many difficult issues to deal with".
