Does no one find it scary that a lot of Nostradamus' predictions are looking likely quite soon? ok so his texts can be interpreted in a lot of ways but the most common is some alliance between usa/russia fighting against china/middle east I learned something new, I guess

I have read some Nostradamus and it's utter crap. You can interpret everything and nothing for a number of reasons (for example because he used no commas and spaces)

Nostradamus is vague, I could make a hundred random predictions and a few could happen, doesn't anyone realise how often coincedences occur?

Utter Crap


It's mainly crap. They're so vaguely written, and can be interpreted in any way you like. And he's not the only one. Has anyone read the so called "prophecies" made by the co-founder of the 7th Day Adventist church Ellen G. White? She also claimed that "the Lord" showed her visions of the future, and she wrote tons of material about them. Of course, they were all wrong. You can read all her unfundamented and mostly irresponsible claims at


She even claimed that certain races were the product of the "amalgamation between man and beast", specially black people. Of course, she recieved this "revelation" from "the Lord".

i dint get this thread


nostradamus predicted that the world would end on june the 6th 1997...so as for his other prediction that come after that(although he made the prediction prior to the end of the world one)

i believe one of the translations went

on the sixth day of the sixth month
of the year 1997
a great fire will fall from the sky
to revitalize the king of the mongols
and there after mars reigns with success

so an interpretation of that would be nuclear weapons from russia(mongols were from siberia in russia)

but given that another interpretation of that had
"revitalise the king of the postmen"...i think we can disregard much of his stuff

much more interesting of later years is the bible code predictions...i suggest you google it if you don't know what its about

because the book i read(although a while ago)stated pretty much what i posted

but 1999...yeah...youre right...im just placing in my mind who i discussed it with back then...and it was my old boss at work...where i didn't start working there until 1998...so it must have been 1999...funny how memory works like that...i remember he was on the night shift the day before the prediction was due to come true...and he said..."if i hear anything weird then im running into the basement...fuck the staff...im off" White laugh bloody coward that he was

what it biols down to though...is nostradamus talked balls

the bark to be in jeopardy...holy crap...they didn't even have jeopardy back then...this guy is a prohphet...see interept it in different ways...jeopardy the game show and jeopardy the word...im crazy
