Fillet of Fish burgers, I'll have about 2 to 3 of these in the rare case of me going to McDonalds, I'll normally have a McChicken with them too! posted by hungarian kid |

Much like the Kid, I VERY rarely go to McDonald's. I don't eat their hamburgers because the beef is terrible. But the Hot 'n Spicy Chicken is allright. Me likey the spicy food! posted by GP |

On our wrappers it says "100 Percent Aussie Beef" people misunderstood this, 100 Percent Aussie Beef is the name of the company, not the amount of beef is beef! posted by hungarian kid |

knn: 100% pure meet. I'm not convinced this is even possible. Ronald McDonald: Our beef contains 22-24% fat So does that make it 76-78% Beef in that Beef? To me Fat 'ain't Beef. My favourite is the "Thankfully I had a curry on the way so don't have to eat here" burger posted by Marl64 |

Looks like I am the only one who likes McD here... which doesn't surprise me though I like Cheeseburger, plain and simple. It might be that I will change my opinion, 'cause in Russia they seem to have smaller variety of burgers than in other country. Some names are very new for me and sound good Besides, from time to time I start to prefer something else. Like GreekMac for example now. posted by mymla |

maccy d's have a tendency to use reconstituted chicken meat in alot of their meat products for those of you who don't know the process take a whole chicken...the chicken breast is removed as this is the best quality meat...the meat from the legs and thighs is also removed as is the wing what is left over is a carcass with little red and black bits of chicken meat stuck to the ends of bones it is this meat that is what is used to make a lot of mcdonalds foods... the meat is scrapped or air blasted off the bone and then minced...water is added and sometimes so is a dye to make the meat more "appetising" it is then filtered and compressed into what looks like a nice peice of chicken...when it is infact of the lowest quality possible so enjoy the next time you have their stuff i avoid all these places like the plague... if i have burgers...i make my own from quality meat from my local butcher...usually add some herbs too for flavour and the best thing...you can make burgers the size you want posted by the anomaly |

Quote: a concoction of reconstituted chicken meat from a new brred of fowl Very good. At least the chickens don't die a useless death. All of their meat is used. McDonald's helps to supply the world with cheap healthy non-white chicken meat. posted by knn |
