 MindSlave: Whatever noc_anon...no offense but I don't trust your taste in looks. Taste at your age is infamously bad due to the confusing levels of hormones coursing through your brain. When I was your age, you wouldn't believe the scuzzy, worthless guys at my school that got all the girls just because they acted radical, disaffected, or shiftless. Cruise is one of those guys who never gave up on that radical high school scene; now America is his high school, and he can pretend everyone loves him.
Anyway, I thought women were famous for looking beneath the surface. Guess not so in this case... And for the record, he's definitely gay . Did I say that I liked him anywhere?

 nocturnal_anonymous: Did I say that I liked him anywhere? Like I said, no offense. Like or don't like who you want, whatever. But yes, you implied it enough for me to get disgusted. It's just common sense that you learn after a while; when a girl says, "Oh all the girls are going to think that guy is hot." That implies that she sort of thinks he's hot too, or at least that she can see how other girls would think he is hot, which by extension implies that she sort of agrees. 
I'm just talking about my own perceptions; I hate the fawning over movie stars thing. I even stopped dating a girl once because we went to a movie starring Johnny Depp with some other couples and she was giggling with the girls afterward about how hot he was in the movie. Very emasculating, she might as well have shot me in the groin. I didn't ask her out again.

I'm pretty sure SHE wouldn't have asked you out again either. I wouldn't have. Just because I think he's good-looking doesn't mean that I think he's a cool guy or that I even like him. There are some pretty hot guys in this world (or in my school) that are f*cking bastards that I would like to kick in the groin very hard indeed. Repeatedly. And I don't know if this is any more reassuring to you, I don't like Tom Cruise. MindSlave: It's just common sense that you learn after a while I hope you know the saying, "Never assume.  Hey everyone, check out my new avatar. It's a magic charm that allows its owner to be the biggest troll on the forum and still never get any criticism from other users.
