 I'm actually skeptical about everything, and ghosts are not the exception. A weird thing happens to me. Even though I don't believe in ghosts, whenever I see a show about spooky stuff or paranormal phenomena and such it gets me thinking about it. And I get a little bit of fear, but I struggle because I don't believe in them. I don't know if I explained myself clearly, but I think you get the point.  posted by Echelon |

 a ghost yet, but that doesn't mean anything, I haven't seen a lot of things and they still exist. I will say "Yes, I believe" when I see one. So far I have heard some stories from people I cannot call too imaginative about ghosts. And again I guess much depends on how you define a ghost. It looks like knn's ghosts and Crossfade's ghosts are different... posted by mymla |

‘Bhuta’, sanskrit word for ghost is very startling. (Bhu – Physical + Ta - Principle/ attachment/inclination) Ghost is anything trapped in or coveting the physical. Five elements (space, air, fire, water and earth) are called “Panch-Maha-Bhuta” – Five major ghosts. Everything we see (mind/emotions/body/objects) is supposedly a matrix of these five elements. In that sense the very existence is a haunted. Just that some have the house to haunt, and some don’t. As long as there is a ‘want’ operating, there is a ghost there. posted by blueSky |
