Would anybody join me in my effort to enhance soccer rules? Here is my problem: Typical goal numbers are 1:2 0:2 1:1 etc. This BY DEFINITION are so little goals that one team might just be lucky (and win) or unlucky (and lose). THUS: I would like to see more goals so that the team that is clearly better will get clearly more goals. Any ideas?

Instead of the 11-meter-penalty-shot you could do the following: Ball lays on the center line. Only goal keeper and a player are in the half. The player has 10 seconds to run to the goal and to score. posted by knn |

that's lame, have them wrestle for the ball, the one who bleeds first loses! posted by Agent Zero |

Start with 11 players and take 1 out every minute until only the goal keepers are left. posted by knn |
