turkishguy: this can not be a ccepted Do you realise how retarded you just sounded? 1. you stated this could not be accepted without stating why 2.You presume it to be morally wrong when it has (most likely) done you no harm 3.You put an emoticon in the middle of your sentence Having said that I would love to hear your reaspning behind such a grand statement but since this will most likely be your only post (as it is with trolls) I hope you at least begin to have strange and unwelcome urges towards men then you can resist them and end up with mental problems,Or you can admit you are gay and as a Christian (i'm presuming you are) be ostracized by your church and driven basically out of your religion and then still cling to your "righteous and ever loving" God. Or move to Canada posted by Kupov |

Totally agree with gay marriage, it's just insane not to. The whole world should follow the exemples of Spain,Canada, etc instead of inequality and discrimination. In fact some countries still execute homosexuals and in the worst ways(burying alive, stoning and hanging are just a few). Denial of marriage is a perversion of civil and human right, you may say that a gay man has the right to marry...a woman but surely the world should be in favour of a marriage based on love and affection, even the church, altough i doubt i would want to marry in an establishment that has caused so much hate, discomfort, bullying and death to me(obviously not death) and others like me. Just a thought. posted by abandon hope |

I can't remember the source, but I saw a hilarious cartoon about a dowdy, frumpy, ho-hum middle-aged heterosexual married couple watching the news about gay marriage. The man says, "Oh, no! Haven't those poor people suffered enough?" My sentiments exactly... Marriage is the wrong issue. Equal rights and equal protection under the law ARE the issue. In my opinion... marriage should be a personal and/or religious matter and should receive no benefits from the government. Married people are no more entitled to special rights, tax incentives, or public benefits than single people or people who choose to commit to each other without marrying. posted by Gazaguy |

WEll im disappointed with what happened in California, I voted against Prop 8. And only reason it passed was cause of the commercials they were running. They were basically scaring parents to vote yes or they would teach gay marriage in schools.. which is obviously Bullsh** posted by Yurmumsavich |
