Arnolds in it for the power me thinks, I really don't know who I'd prefer cus I can imagine Arnold being a complete prick! Indeed, it's a rough choice. Arnold seems remotely more intelligent... seems to be doing a fair job in California, although I don't know all the details of what he is doing there. posted by volonteshiva |

California has alot of money problems, Arnolds a multimillion dollar celebrity, money problem solved! As in, he's rich so to fix California's problem he can spend alot of his own money and save government money to spend later! posted by hungarian kid |

hungarian kid: California has alot of money problems, Arnolds a multimillion dollar celebrity, money problem solved I wonder if any one has suggested this idea to him already and how he had reacted You know, people tend to treat their personal posessions very gently and will hardly sacrifice them, even for the sake of the beautiful California and even if they have more than they need. But his money might come in handy when and if he runs for the President, or at least when promoting the change in the Constitution. I would have voted Arnold. First, to have any one but. Second, to see what it's like, to have a (former?) movie star as a President. Might be something interesting posted by mymla |

He gets my vote, if he didn't like you he shoot you with his uzi 9mm It would also appear that celebrities are looked up to more than actual leaders in power so it's only a matter of time before celebrities are put in positions of power either by their own volition or just as a front for the real puppet masters posted by Crossfade |

mymla: But his money might come in handy when and if he runs for the President, or at least when promoting the change in the Constitution. I would say that Bush has alot more money he can raise than Arnold. Plus Bush's family is ridiculously rich. Arnold is rich but not that rich mymla: I would have voted Arnold. volonteshiva: I would say that Bush has alot more money he can raise than Arnold. Plus Bush's family is ridiculously rich. Arnold is rich but not that rich Hmm, interesting point. Didn't think about that before. So you think the Bush family will try to stop Arnold from promoting the new amendment by giving ten bucks against every dollar Arnold invests? Unfortunately, I don't think he has too many chances with the change of the Constitution. I don't really know, but I don't think he is popular enough. volonteshiva: did you forget about the former actor Ronald Reagan? Well, looks like anything is possible in the US, even actors becoming Presidents. I don't think something like that would ever be possible in Russia. But after all, we don't have such ridiculously rich families and world-famous actors. posted by mymla |

I mean we have some great movies here and there but actors are put on a mile high pedastal on while ridiculous adoration and money are thrown at them on one hand and then spite and daggers are thrown at them on the other hand. This country has some crazy celebrity addiction. posted by volonteshiva |

volonteshiva: I don't think you are missing too much. I hope so volonteshiva: actors are put on a mile high pedastal on while ridiculous adoration and money are thrown at them on one hand and then spite and daggers are thrown at them on the other hand I guess that's usually the price you ahve to pay for being popular and/or rich. Some love you, others hate you. I just thought that if Arnold would ever have been elected the President, people in Russia would have liked the idea. He used to be immensley popular with young people. posted by mymla |
