 is it me or is the "family" of today not as strong as it once was. what is it one in every 3 marriges end up in dovorce? i mean its so sad...me personally i have gone through 2 and it sucked both times. even the second cause i hated the guy but i once had a family and it was diffacult. whats wrong with todays society that we cant all get along and use divorce as an escape...its sad and screws up life for the kids...like me unless i marry someone with divoreced parents my wife will never understand alot of me and why i am like that...its just sad the way things happen in this life posted by Agent Zero |

 ..can be hard on people but if you still have a good relationship with both parents it can help ease the hurt a lot. It's not really the divorce that hurts though, it the fact your mum found another guy and it didn't work out so you get a lot of the fallout from this, unfortunate but a sad truth that kids feel bad and in some way blame themselves. posted by Crossfade |

I think it depends on a number of factors.But theres nothing worse than staying with someone for all the wrong reasons or forcing yourself to put up with it even if it makes you unhappy. Take one of my friends, his parents decided to split up for good because one of them had an affair, but then because of the kids and the property they decided not to. Things don't appear to be any better than if they had of divorced and none of them aren't really happy either. So it swings both ways posted by zesja |
