God makes people, Satan takes the souls of gods people. God sends his son to start belief in him to start souls coming to him. Eventually he'll use the power of all the souls in heaven to save all the souls in hell, including Satans... posted by hungarian kid |

Surely you believe in three Gods of one substance? Father, son, holy spirit. Is that not a kind of polytheism? Of course it isn't as simple as just polytheism. Because all three are one substance it is still only one God and therefore monotheistic. The same is true for Hindus only with many many many more aspects to their one God. posted by fatpie42 |

If God had a plan for each of us, wouldn't that negate the concept of free-will? And, if God is omnipotent, then wouldn't we be unable to deviate from the plan? And, if we can't deviate from God's plan, does that mean that all of our acts are predetermined as part of God's will? And, if all of our acts are God's will, doesn't that mean that there can be no sin? And, if there is no sin, there is no need for redemption. And, if there is no need for redemption, why is there a need for a Savior? posted by ipsism |
