Tiefling: I was hoping for a bit darker character than Daredevil. Have you read any Frank Miller's DD stuff...it's pretty dark. Not as much as Blade but it's close to being on par w/the Punisher. Also, don't go by the "studio" version of the film...watch the director's cut. posted by GP |

before venom came around spiderman had that costume (which is really an alien symbiot) i used to be a comic book nerd, here is what i remember... spiderman got the symbiot suit after his other one was torn to shreds, used it, liked it, (he didn't need web-fluid or a change of clothes when using that outfit because it could change shapes and "provide" clothes) then he realized that it was a living "bad" alien and was trying to fuse itself to him, so he got rid of it. Eddie Brock (who also hates spiderman) found the alien symbiot and let it fuse to him. that is who is known as venom. eddie and the alien both hate spiderman, the alien because spidey got rid of it and tried to kill it and eddie because i think peter parker made eddie lose his job...(cant remember). that is why when venom speaks he sometimes says "we" instead of "I"...because it is actually two things talking. the way you can tell the two apart is: venom has a much larger body and that large evil sharp toothed grin with that long tongue sticking out most of the time. *i just found a page that explains the whole history of that costume and venom, pretty cool read for anyone that's intersted:  this is venom: [CLICK HERE TO VIEW THIS PICTURE] posted by allone |

 allone: before venom came around spierman had that costume (which is really an alien symbiot) nice memory allone...ya he got it during the Secret Wars on some planet if i remember right the symbiote also had babies who one of them attached itself to a serial killer and became Carnage who was so bad spidey and venom had to team up against it/them. btw i think Spiderman 3 is suppose to have venom as the villian, but don't quote me on that. i also did this but if you are a fan of Marvel comics you will know which answer is from which hero most of the time so it's hard for me not to pick who i want to be rather than who i am [CLICK HERE TO VIEW THIS PICTURE] [CLICK HERE TO VIEW THIS PICTURE] posted by The ONEder Man |

The ONEder Man: nice memory allone...ya he got it during the Secret Wars on some planet if i remember right thanks, and yes! spiderman and venom teaming up against carnage, did you ever read the maximum carnage series, it started with spider man unlimited#1, god im a nerd! i also heard that spiderman 3 will have venom in it, that would be cool! but something tells me that mysterio will be making an appearance along with green goblinII(harry osborn), they kinda left it open for that. -maybe we should start a new topic to discuss comic books/idividual ones? posted by allone |
