• Vladimir eats dust in round 4
• Head butt in round 5
• Fight over in round 5 (because of the head cut)
• Klitschko wins by points (Two judges had Klitschko ahead at the time of the stoppage with one judge putting Williamson in front)
• DaVarryl Williamson said that Vlad Klit was gasping for air pretty early in the fight. This reminds me (= knn) of his fight against Lamon Brewster (the scandal fight where Klitchko nearly went into a sugar coma)

I now watched this round for another time. I don't think that Vladimir was knowcked down. He merely had a unfortunate body position and was hit (= pushed) down. He stood up in a split second, so he wasn't even groggy.

The boxing doctor said that the deep cut went down to the bone and the skin was torn down to the eye brow and threatened a nerve.

Headbutt. You can see this in the slomo: Heads approaching... approaching... hitting... move back... skin tears and blood flows
