 One of my roomates in college was from Ireland and had a poster of this picture on his wall...priceless.
As for the best footballer, I'd have to go w/Pele. Not because he's probably the most known, but because he accomplished many things w/o being fueled by cocaine. (Cough, Maradona, Cough)

pele was a brilliant player in an era of crap players...mostly anyway...he also played his entire club career in brazil against cannon fodder which severely jumped up his massive goal tally 1300 in 1500 matches roughly but maradona won the 1986 world cup almost single handedly(excuse the reference to above pic )
how a 5 ft 4 argentinian managed to beat a 6 ft 4 english goalkeeper with outstreched arms to the ball...using only his head...will to this day go down in history as the second greatest goal in football...the first being the other one he scored in the same match...took on 7 defenders by beginning at the half way line...and took the piss before slotting it home and putting england out of the cup

 I wholeheartedly agree with you anomaly, Maradona is the best player ever. I've never seen anybody handle the ball and dribble like he did. When he was signed to Napoli, it was a shit team and he turned it into a winning team, they even won the Champion's League with him. As soon as he left, the team sucked again and descended into Serie B and still sucks to this day. I hate Pele. He has turned into a conceited bastard and is sticking his nose in business he shouldn't be messing with. He wasn't that good anyway, and he won the World Cup 3 times because of the amazing team Brazil had with players like Tostao, Rivelino, Jairzinho, and Garrincha.. During one of those World Cups he got injured and had to sit down for almost every game and Brazil still won. It's so sad Maradona fell victim to cocaine though, who knows what else he could've achieved if it weren't for that. Crossfade: he accomplished many things w/o being fueled by cocaine. (Cough, Maradona, Cough) FUELED by cocaine?
