im starting this thread after watching the news that Prince Harry battered some papparazi numpty for taking pics

i personally don't like the British royal family...i find it yet another reminder of the imbalances of wealth that have been inherited from the past

i beleive most of them to be tax leeches who's possessions are supposedly publicly owned(will they loan me the solid goal carriage for the weekend...no...trust me...ive asked:whitelaugh:)

other people argue that they do huge amounts of work for charity and help attract you dumb yanky tourists and get you to get your cash out for the brits:whitelaugh:

but seriously though

what is the opinion of the imo community...you guys being representative of world opinion:whatthe:

do you think they are an obscene throwback to colonialism or do you envy the pomp and splendour of out royals

are there any particular members that you like or dislike...

..windbags to be honest. The Queen was actually a bloody good monarch during WW2, she mucked in and lifted the spirits of the people, but then she was just a princess. Since becoming Queen she has turned into this stuffy bitch and passed that disease onto Charles quite nicely, he's a wooden twat too White laugh

I'm not that high on them, either. I don't know, I guess it's because of the way they've fucked w/Ireland, Scotland, Wales, etc. in the past that bothers me. But, then again, I'm not that high on my govt. either. White laugh
