Any facts to disprove this? Facts to prove this:  In the winter of 2000, the economy was recognized by all parties as being in a state of recession. This was after Bush was elected, but everyone besides you apparently knows that Bush's economic plane had not even come into effect yet. The truth is, it takes years for a president's actions to affect the economy. Clinton destroyed it, and Bush has built it back up. Look at statistics but remember it often takes several years for a president's policies to be felt economically. If you were to read anything today, it would tell you that the economy is in a state of growth. You wouldn't know this however, because when you watch TV, they only want to talk about things that they think will make people hate Bush. You call for facts, but where are yours? Get off the internet search engines and read a book. Another thing, you're not even from America.
