Wow I just wonder...Why are you so negative toward MLM marketing? ...Well what are you doing to take care of your life your pockets your choices in life? MLM works! infact it's a proven model. The way I see it...MLM is the best thing for an average man/woman. Why? Well this gives em the opportunity to Time leverage...That's how people get to retire...My money works for me! you're money can't really get up and work for you...however work hard and get extraordinary results, you now teach others how to do what you do, be as effective as you...Now you have a team of people willing to learn how to do what you do...you train them and you make more money (MAKES SENSE) Now your team will duplicate your actions and results as they apply what they've learned. Yep, it's all true. It's a pyramid scam. 2by2.net changed their name to ixp and now they are doing business as yor.net. I know 3 of the top people - they joined 2by2 back in 2000/2001 in Southern California. The 3 of them dropped out of a top 25 college. When they started getting exposed, they changed their name to IXP and moved to Northern California then east across the US. To all the Yor/IXP/2by2 zombies who don't believe what they read. How's this for hard evidence? This is a press release from the Federal Trade Commission regarding the FTC's winning suit against Mall Ventures a.k.a. 2by2.net in May 2005.  Here is the case website that includes more about the case in which 2by2.net (the defendants: Jeffrey P. Morgan and Daniel Wong) lost $10.4 million for the financial damages they inflicted on their independent contractors.  Someone said if this scheme is illegal, how come it's never been caught? Well it has. And it rightfully lost their case. In its final judgment, the FTC defines a "prohibited marketing scheme" as a pyramid sales scheme, Ponzi scheme, chain marketing scheme, or other marketing plan or program in which a person participates under a condition that he or she makes a payment, directly or indirectly, to receive the right, license or opportunity to derive income as a participant primarily from: (1) the recruitment of additional recruits by the participant, program promoter or others; or (2) non-retail sales made to or by such recruits or participants." The ruling was that the defendants and all their business partners and associates "are hereby permanently restrained and enjoined from engaging, participating, or assisting others in any manner or capacity whatsoever, directly, or in concert with others, or through any business entity or other device, in any prohibited marketing scheme." They are charged with misrepresentation, stating false information, imposing unreasonable refund conditions on consumers including its own members, threatening consumers who complain to government or consumer agencies (including any Better Business Bureau). If Yor/IXP/2by2 were such "ethical" and reputable companies as they claim on their website, why would they ignore every single one of their 9 filed complaints on their Los Angeles Better Business Bureau site, and meriting an F which means "We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices."  Both Yor.net and IXP.net, which must be newer in the field, have merited D ratings on the aforementioned Better Business Bureau sites.
