 looks like we've attracted a lot of goths here...all showing us that well, there are certainly many different types of goths. are you going for the hard core goth? or just sorta strumming the medium line? strummy83: though I do think it is worth asking why you want to "become" goth? I really don't think that its something you become, its something you are. So what are your motovations? good point. posted by sangu |

 Okay, most blokes don't wear black eyeliner and nail varnish without making a descision about it. Working out how to wear eyeliner was rather awkward to be honest. Not difficult, but certainly awkward. Blokes do not just "happen" to dress in long black coats, black eyeliner and black nail varnish. They have to make the decision. Perhaps girls can "happen" to decide that they like black and end up with a gothy look that way, but it doesn't work that way for us men. Simply by saying how unrelated to fashion "goth" is, you have given me a fashion tip GoThByDeAtH. Black nail varnish eh? hi goth mates i found becoming a goth was very hard. there are some boyz in my school who r goth but no girls and i am a girl. my friend also wanted to be a goth so we decided to change our lives! my friend is a girl 2. we went over to the boyz who r goth and told them. at first they laughed and then they took it real. the next day when we went into school we had our hair died black and everyone was staring at us i felt like running away but goths don't do that they stick up for there selfs. we meet up with the boyz and they were amazed because we died our hair black. at first every single person was taking the mick. but we didn't care we r goths.we stood up 2 them. the next few weeks people were getting over it so now i live my life as a goth and it is great!   posted by goth mad 123 |

I have black hair...does that make me goth too? And it's NATURALLY black...oOoo, guess I'm just NATURALLY goth, huh? Oh, yeah, guess what? I have naturally black eyelashes too. So I guess I don't need to put on black eyeliner either! Ain't I just so lucky? ...OK, OK, sorry, I'm in one of those ranting moods right now. I guess I just get really pissed off at people who don't spell correctly on purpose. Or don't end their sentences where they should be ended.
