 the beta test is now over. 
The Matrix Online will be going live for those of us that pre-ordered on the 19th. Before that happens, we have to discuss some things. 1) Are those that are planning on playing still interested in forming an IMO crew? 2) If so, what should we call ourselves? 3) Most importantly, what server should we start up on? 4) What faction should we follow? I'm still leaning Zion. 5) Who should be Captain? Co-captain? I think it should be the person(s) that is going to be able to play the most and level-up the fastest...that'll improve our chances of being part of Matrix history. posted by GP |

 1) Yes of course, but do we want to run our own Faction or be part of someone elses? 2) We need more ideas - Quick! 3) Server - Very important so we must decide this first of all 4). The good thing about this game is you can change your Allegiance if you choose but I'd like to go Zion too. 5) And if we are forming a Faction of our own who will be the captain of us all? Ugh an unexpected time limit is announced 
Who here bought their game online? or has anyone actually had their retail box arrive? Will it even arrive in 4 days time? 
Looks like I and alot of other people will be locked out on March 23rd until the actual retail box arrives. So unfair

And of course we must have a website if we have our own faction check this place out:  a free place to host a webpage for the team. i haven't read a lot about the place yet, but it looks pretty cool. i guess all we would have to do is decide on a name and register. i guess whoever registers could be in charge of maintaining it, or we could take turns between whoever wants to and just share the log in information in order to modify the info (?) just some thoughts. so it looks as though we are leaning towards zion alignment, no? cool. as far as having someone in charge of the group...maybe it could be a sort of group leadership? sort of like a council of some sorts. just an idea. does everyone know what ability tree they are going to take? i enjoyed the martial arts line and would like to do that again. we would for sure need some coders and hackers too, some team patchers, doctors and so on, maybe a couple of spies

allone: check this place out:  Looks good but do you get a domain name of sorts with that? There are some other sites I know of that you can mix free forums, free hosting and free domain names together. Names: What do you think if everyone who wants to join suggests one name for our crew and then will put them alltogether in a poll and vote which one we want? Zion yes, and what about servers? we need another poll on this. Highest vote wins. Ability tree, I still haven't decided I might go hacker again or even coder. posted by zesja |
