Why are you downloading mass quantities of shit at work? Get broadband at home and do it. Is the IT dept where you work that stupid/slow as to not see the amount of bandwidth you would use there? People have easily gotten fired for it nowadays. I am all for peer-to-peering but not at work.

IT doesn't suck

All ports where p2p generally connects to are blocked, but I use an http tunneling application ♣ called hopster ♣. It allows you to run apps through port 80. It even encrypts data so IT can't track what you're downloading. As for bandwidth...I bought the 4kb/s membership, mainly because it's kinda cheap and it's not extremely large so it doesn't raise any flags. I've been using it for over a year now and haven't got into any problems. I even like to play the "I don't know shit about computers" act whenever I talk to someone from IT. White laugh

That eDonkey200 crap is LOADED with spyware/adware! It fucked up my comp the second I installed it! I had to run Ad Aware and several other apps to completely remove it. Not again
