I like the whisper whisper thing. That reminds me of Monty Python. It is quite simple. There were a lot more weapons of mass destruction in there too, before we had to wait weeks or even months to get our weapons inspectors in there. Oh and by the way, we have found plenty of cases of abandoned facillities built to hold weapons of mass destruction. posted by liberal slayer |

 Not to mention the link between France, Russia, etc. in these abandoned plants. There was evidence of manufacturing pointing to these nations. No wonder these nations were against the U.S. and Britain going in...they made the parts for the weapons! posted by GP |

 in this country there are loads of political parties the ones in power are "new labour" they are historically a left wing socialist policy party however because they decide to get tough on terrorism then our media decides to say they are right wing...might have something to do with the fact that labour brought in better privacy laws that were against the media the conservatives are the main opposition party...they are the ones who were led by maggie thatcher in the 70's and 80's and who were americans biggest in the downfall of the soviet union(put ourselves in the nuclear firing line by allowing america to put early warning radar in britain)...the "tories" as they are known as are considered more right wing...their policies include tougher asylum policies and cut tax and spend policy of labour by shedding pointless public sector administration jobs(see my "i hate alot about britain" thread") the liberal democrats are third...they are becoming more powerful due to the influence of the left wing media on the mindless masses...they want to appease terrorists and give my tax money to foreigners who have never contributed to this country in their lives...they want to hug the world and love everybody while terrorist blow people up...great bunch then there are the other...the green party,the UK independance party,the chritstian nut job people(not their real name although it might as well be) the most controvertial are the British national party who are formerly known as the national front...a racist group who want an all white britain...they have gained seats on local councils due to the asylum problem that was caused by the labour policies hope this helps your understanding of british politics i deliberately left out the scotland and welsh assembly parties to avoid further confusion posted by the anomaly |

it may be the case that iraq destroyed many more weapons than they documented...but without proof then it must be assumed they still exist...you wouldnt just take the nazis word for it that there were no concentration camps(oh wait...we did) another problem for saddam was apparently that the people who were paid to develop WMD's simply took the money and ran...the people who were supposed to be overseeing the projects(from saddams regime)were so scared to report that there were no weapons being made cause they lost the scientists that they simply lied to the top dogs so they werent tortured and executed thus the confusion when saddam ordered the use of shells that were never built... these are some of the possibilities being put forward...ot it could be that saddam was just a lieing bastard...you make up your own mind posted by the anomaly |
