For a Muslim it's a religious sin to touch prostitutes OR to touch a woman who has her menstruation. They also turned the water off, so the prisoner (in Guantanamo) could not wash himself. Female interrogators tried to break Muslim detainees at the US prison camp in Guantanamo Bay by sexual touching, wearing a miniskirt and thong underwear and in one case smearing a Saudi man's face with fake menstrual blood, according to an insider's written account.
The draft manuscript is classified as secret pending a Pentagon review for a planned book that details ways the US military used women as part of tougher physical and psychological interrogation tactics to get terror suspects to talk. “She then started to place her hands in her pants as she walked behind the detainee,” he says. “As she circled around him he could see that she was taking her hand out of her pants. When it became visible the detainee saw what appeared to be red blood on her hand... He shouted at the top of his lungs, spat at her and lunged forward” - so fiercely that he broke loose from one ankle shackle.

where's the poll option of "this is the most assinine poll question i've ever seen"? I'm sure bush, after a restless night, tossing and turning, trying to figure out how to get the terrorists to talk, personally called the officers in charge in guantanamo and told them about his great idea

As if something like that can be reported by the news and Bush would not have known much earlier. Especially after incidents like IMO → Innocent Iraqi tortured to death Bush could have stepped in...  sometimes i don't think you understand the american government. Bush does not lead the military, the military guys do, the generals and such.
