bluewolf: One of the best rpgs I've ever played. Graphics are wonderful. Millions of sidequests. Opinions? Or has anyone else played it or what? I was obsessed with this for a while until I lost my disc. It really is one of the best RPGS in existence, up in the top ten easily. My only confliction withit was it wasn't online. Other than that, when I got bored, I used to have enough fun cheating so my jump stat was huge, so I could leap hulk style. The way you up your stats is definitely the way I like it, heh but it just lead to jumping becoming a form of travel. I never really got involved with the plot, I had enough fun with the quests, or just exploring. Wandering through a wasteland, coming across a slave, eventually coming to a slave plantation, killing all the enslavers, making a fuckload of money then maybe killing the slaves depending on your mood. Heh, and some of the swords you could get were awesome. I used to run around looking like a Samurai with a hat I stole from a Boatmen I killed at Vivec. Truly a brilliant game, the interactiveness was enough to keep you satisfied. Stealing spoons and the such, pointless but satisfying... kinda. posted by hungarian kid |

Yeah it's really the detail that makes it. It's not just main plot, there're the 3 Houses you can join and do errands for them and advance in them and become the head of the House and get your own household, and buy slaves, and there're the guilds too... One time I decided to kill every single Ordinator in vivec. Great fun and pretty hard XD But then I was in the assassins guild so I needed em to not charge me for fines. *sigh* I tried freeing all the slaves I could, but with some there just isn't an option. And yes the way you can up your skill levels rocks! Like I spent days of game time just shooting fireballs at the sky to up my Destruction XD posted by bluewolf |

bluewolf: Like I spent days of game time just shooting fireballs at the sky to up my Destruction XD Lol, I just got some coins and put them on my spacebar than left my character jumping for hours... then I got cheats. I never got slaves, I was too involved in killing everything, and flying around. Heh, I found the floating island over Vivec while I was flying once, so I decided to break in. Then there's this floating gold guy, my first reaction was to kill him... well turns out he was a god... I came back later which cheats, stole his sword then pissbolted out of there. Just the whole aspect of a huge realistic world is what kept me in probably, realistic in the sense of travel and the such. Like it actually took ages to get between places by foot. Absolutely bloody ages, and if there was a mountain in the way, you could try and climb over it only to find those bird things at the top and later find yourself running backwards shooting at the sky with your bow as about 20 of them were swooping at you. I joined some guilds, obvious ones like Fighters, Thieves and Mages guild, I really should've got more into it... dammit, I wish I still had it. Anarchy Online just ain't the same. posted by hungarian kid |

Floating gold guy? You mean vivec? o.O I killed him just for fun. It was really easy, if you corner him, otherwise you're dead like *snap*. Those birds are ANNOYING. Especially the noises they make. Damn birds. Easy way to make gold was to buy soul gems, summon a creature, trap its soul, sell the gem to the creeper in...that town...I forget the name, it's been ages since I played it. The imperial town that doesn't have any transport and you have to spend ages walking to? As for walking around, easiest way to level up was put athletics as a major/minor skill XD secret trainers were handy though. buy level x20 or lots more if you have the gold posted by bluewolf |

It's been a while since I played Morrowind (Elder Scrolls 3), but I remember liking it. The first-person thing is a little annoying for me because I'm used to 3rd person, and some of the graphics are a little strange, but overall it's very fun. Lots of detail. posted by Nianza |

You should save things before you mess with guards.. I just saved like every five minuted and I tried all this fun crap and I could always go back to where I was before if I wanted to. Anyways, I just really liked the game because there was so much in the world. It was reaaally huge. posted by Nianza |

Well, it doesn't have to be easy! You could go around doing crazy things, that would make it harder for ya. It's such a huge world.. there are plenty of deep dark caves to go into.. posted by Nianza |
