James Pavitt (CIA vice director) said that there were not even 5 (FIVE!) CIA spies in Iraq before the war. The CIA had no own information about any WMD program of Saddam.

You think the CIA is our only source for information? Sorry. Other countries that had ties with Iraq (Russia, China) has said that Iraq has weapons of mass destruction. Wierd...

so if there were more spies...then perhaps the intelligence may have said that iraq wasnt as big a threat as the other means of intelligence suggest and there would have been no war
