Well i think the prime minister comes instead of a Vice-President. Because we don't have a vice-president.

So i think it works that way.

Also the Prime Minister is a prime minister. So I think he is both.

If we (Iceland) had a Good Prime minister I think things would work out fine.

if we only had a prime Minister, we would be fucked.
And if we only had a president things would be...O.K

France has it too

They have a prime minister and a president. I don't know about Iceland, but in France it was a scheme to remove the royal family. So now, just as nobody respects the royals in my country, nobody respects Chirac in France.
