 Using the same logic you were using in another thread, Zero. Surely if you have never been to France you have no right to criticise their way of thinking and their way of life. The french are a proud race, though little arrogant sometimes. They are not cowards and you have no right to call them such. One thing that occurred to me was the fact that military service is obligatory in their country. I don't know about you but I wouldn't want to send my children to war if they didn't really WANT to be in the army. posted by fatpie42 |

 i was in France when the war graves were desecrated by vandels some of the vandalism included the folloiwng quote written on the grave of a British war hero "did up your rubbish...its polluting our soil" i will never go to France again i even refuse to use the Eurostar train as it passes through France i do not buy French products the reason is not for the vandalism but for the fact that the French authorities talked big about catching the people who did it but actually done the total sum of jack shit fuck them... though i cheered them on against England at the football...its the law in Scotland you know  posted by the anomaly |

I love the scene in "Ocean's 11" when Ruben, talking about casino security, says, "They've got enough armed personnel to occupy Paris! Ok...bad example." Still laugh everytime.

 I went to france once. Most of the people i met wgere realy rude. Also heard this story about a guy in france who whent to a restaurant and ordered Soup. And instead of using English he tried ordering it it France. and the waiter got so offended because he didn't prounouce all the words right that he brought him the soup in an old Boot. also they won't learn English because they are so proud. The french are often better at speaking English than the English are at speaking French. They are not, however, as good as the Dutch who can speak English better than the English can speak English  posted by fatpie42 |

What? They speak English well? Sure maybe those that want to learn English speak it well but most of them won't learn English If they speak english so well then why dub (Dub?) There movies. P.S In case ''Dub'' is not a real word i am talking about putting your own language over foreign Movies. Like Germany and France and other country's Then they have two different kinds of the same movie. Movie with English speaking Movie with French speaking And if you go to a Hotel in france the only movies you can watch are English movies with French subtitles And ! French speaking. 
I spoke to lots of people in France and even the Taxi drivers didn't speak good English. Some didn't speak any at all. Instead they just yelled Real loud in French. NO MATTER HOW LOUD YOU SHOUT WE WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND YOU. You scum of humankind. posted by Pawnatron |
