Well, it does look like she is sucking her gut in and is holding her breath up in her chest... I might be slightly concerned if I wanted a relationship but not if I just wanted a roll in the sheets. Nicky Aycox is a completely normal looking girl (except for her face) and most of the girls where I am from look like this. Even thinner.
