Why is there no visual record of how Jesus looked? He was probably Jewish... ya think? and they had a thing about graven images unlike the Romans and most of the rest of the world. He was going to move people by the Spirit of God, not emotions generated by a highly skilled movie maker or artist.  It's entirely possible that Jesus was quite ugly, as "Ugly Jesus" claims. We really have no way of proving this, one way or the other. But one thing is for sure --- that guy MindSlave is one ugly mofo. I mean, look at the picture of him with the gorilla (five posts above). Odds are girls would rather date the gorilla over MindSlave. Nice gut, MindSlave.

After all, sociopaths like Tiefling have only rudimentary and childlike emotions - such as arousal and rage - and thus are incapable of fine discrimination in aesthetic matters. As proof of this aesthetic incapacity, one has only to consider that Tiefling has in the past vigorously defended the work of the notoriously incompetent, esoteric Hitlerist author J.K. Rowling. IMO → JK Rowling is a Pop-Culture Hitler! Discuss! The sociopath, it seems, judges physical beauty like he does a work of art, according to its popularity rather than to its actual intrinsic merits. Like the baseball fan who has a new favorite team every year in the winner of the World Series, sociopaths like Tiefling will align themselves with any force or entity that seems likely to attain to greater power and influence. This is what makes them notoriously treasonous and seditious, since they will as easily transfer their loyalty from the home country to a foreign state as they would transfer their sexual attentions to a new partner when the old one ceases to entertain. He was one of the foremost young men of the city and very highly regarded by most of the young women. Since Jesus was such a splendid specimen of robust and intellectual manhood, and considering his reputation as a spiritual leader, it was not strange that Rebecca, the eldest daughter of Ezra, a wealthy merchant and trader of Nazareth, should discover that she was slowly falling in love with this son of Joseph." page 1415, His 25th year: "Jesus was one of the most robust and refined specimens of manhood to appear on earth since the days of Adam. His physical development was superb. His mind was active, keen, and penetrating--compared with the average mentality of his contemporaries, it had developed gigantic proportions--and his spirit was indeed humanly divine." he could have very well been a bit of a looker. rather like sayid from lost. a rugged handsome middle eastern man. having been written/scribed/told by men - the bible saying he wasn't anything special doesn't mean much to me. i ask the guys i know to describe the hottest guys ive ever seen and they say '..hes alright i suppose, nothing special.' generally men don't see other men as beautiful in quite the same way ladies do. posted by sam1986 |
