Does anyone know, if it is true, that Malachy's short prophecy about Pope 112 " Petrus Romanus" was indeed added and started to be printed only after 1820? Or was this there all along, but, somehow not printed for hundreds of years?

Gentleman's Magazine, p.382, May, 1797 includes #112, which has been there from the start.
