I love that nickname.

Ok it's basically just bush supporters ,we don't like people like Az (meaning no offence to Agent zero)

I also suppose we are quite a bit more liberal/less christian , so a lot of the gay marriage ideas annoy us.

We don't usually like the republican party and being a good christian is not a sure way of getting elected.

Those are the basic reasons a lot of us dislike you.

i always thought it was because they feel inferior to us. wow. i just realized how snotty i sounded. sorry, but, too much history, but it relates to imperialism. everytime the natives rebelled against the europeans (imperialists), the europeans would denounce it as jealousy. eww, im becoming like them. yuck

i also tend to think that its because some americans...not all (im not generalizing) but...some think that canada and america are one...when were not one...were two separate countries...mind you aspects of our histories may be somewhat similar...but we want to be viewed as a separate country -- its this North American thing...people just confound canada and the US as one peoples when were not. and yeah a lot of our ideals and values are completely different than theirs and we want to be recognized for that internationally. when i travel, people ask me if im american just because i speak english but when i say im canadian they don't understand that america and canada are separate they say ohhhh american...and im like NO CANADA...CANADIAN...its weird. but that's not america's fault...its canada's for not developing its own national identity separate from the states. canada doesn't have its own culture, its own nationality...to distinguish ourselves from america which we need to start doing.

I LIKE AMERICANS! i like everybody! just for the record Smile

a person from spain and a person from france are both europeans because they ar eboth from the same continent, right?

some people even call north and south america just plain america...that would make you an american to them, HA

american and north american are two COMPLETELY different things...youre american if your a native of the COUNTRY...youre north american if you reside on the CONTINENT of NORTH AMERICA...so in the latter situation, yes i am north american but im not american...

secondly...same thing applies to ppl from france and spain..theyre european when you look at the geographical continent they live on...but they are separate nationalities: french and spanish...

come on allone you can do better than that
