Here is what he did to get on the list: ROBERT WILLIAM FISHER IS WANTED FOR ALLEGEDLY KILLING HIS WIFE AND TWO YOUNG CHILDREN AND THEN BLOWING UP THE HOUSE IN WHICH THEY ALL LIVED IN SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA IN APRIL OF 2001.

don't get me wrong, but still. Yes, ten most wanted. But what you have to understand is, there are certain criteria that have to be met: First, the individual must have a lengthy record of committing serious crimes and/or be considered a particularly dangerous menace to society due to current criminal charges.
Second, it must be believed that the nationwide publicity afforded by the Program can be of assistance in apprehending the fugitive, who, in turn, should not already be notorious due to other publicity. So what he is now wanted for is probably not all that he has done... There's also a "most wanted terrorists" list with eighteen people on it here:  Usama is the only person on both lists. posted by holy_of_holies |

cool. so there are hispanics, whites, and one middle eastern guy. interesting, no blacks. it's rather hard to judge, because knowing what they did just puts a really different spin on things. irregardless of everything, I guess I'll go with Fisher. posted by sangu |
