The guy on sky news who ALWAYS HAS TO TALK REALLY LOUD.

They cut to a press conference and we get to hear the first half and then this really loud guy talks over the second half telling us (inaccurately) what was said in the first half.

He loves the sound of his own voice.

He got an award for it. Shocked
