Authorities in Texas say a teenager has been arrested after calling police to complain about the theft of his marijuana.
Stephen Knight, 17, said three men had broken into his apartment, hog-tied him with Christmas lights and stole some marijuana, along with a plasma screen television, police said. Police are looking for the suspects. They arrested Knight after finding several marijuana plants growing under heat lamps in the apartment, four grams of harvested marijuana and a tablet of ecstasy, Officer Chad Ripley said. Knight said the men barged into his home early on Monday morning demanding, "Where's the weed?," according to San Antonio police. posted by hungarian kid |

Ok, calling the police to report the theft could be seen as dumb, but leaving the plants and his stash in plain sight when they call is waaaay off the stupid chart. If he'd hid (or got rid of) the stuff, he would have been ok, they couldn't have got him for posession... ...unless they found the thief, in which case they could arrest this jerk immediately after returning his stolen property to him posted by Marl64 |
