 I had a discussion about this with my friend last night and i'm sure allone will have something to say about this post...maybe its just me, but there are some written words that i cannot stand to look at... for example: the word "gnarley" to me...is the ugliest written word i've seen and allone knows this because he intentionally types it out just to piss me off when im already mad at him... another example: the word "putrid" makes me feel nauseous for some reason and i don't know why...its the spelling or the layout of the letters. i cant quite decide... in french, the word: "caoutchouc" means rubber...and this is my least favourite french word because of how it is spelled and pronounced (ca-oo-tchuke) hate it! what do you think of words? do any of them make you feel a certain way by the way they are spelled out? do they subconsiously trigger any sensations merely by their meaning/spelling etc? so im asking all of you if you feel the way i do about certain words in the english language, and if you would like to share any, i have more but i used those as preliminary examples. and to be fair, list some of your favourite words and why...

 Mine is: OMGAWD! Probably because of the way it's used, and how many times it's used... Oh I thought of another word i hate: homework. I like some words that have the 'sion' in them. It sounds cool, like erosion. ero-ssion Not tension though. gkiss: for example: the word "gnarley" to me...is the ugliest written word i've seen Heheh. knn: How about the word... cockroach yeah that's another word on my list... i also thought of the word "myrtle"...there are just so many others i cant even begin to list them...i would need a dictionary. sangu: I like some words that have the 'sion' in them i agree with you on that, i think the "sion" is calming and soothing, same with "-tion", but anything ending in "cide" can't be good, even the sound of "cide" reminds me of poison. sangu: Heheh. I would figure you would hate something like that. haha! and what does that mean?

OK I HATE the word crude its the worst word in the world whenever someone says it I throw something at them to teach them not to say it...my friends are stupider then dogs apparently because they just don't get it.  i think words are gender bias...example one of my favorite words from a female.. naughty and coincidentally if i ever heard a man say naughty, it would become my least favorite real quick
