If i really wanted to kill myself, it would depend on my mood: extremely angry, depressed, want to make a statement as retribution, etc. I would probably pull the trigger, but right now I just can't comprehend it.

I'm hoping it's a quick death.

It's relatively quick, but it is painful.

And messy most of the time.. of course if you don't give a rat's ass about the ones to clean up your mess that's ok..

well, you are being cooked alive so there is some of that fun of skin sizzling and such.

I would imagine some of the mess is puking, perhaps some bleeding, etc. I don't know if it would cause any of your organs to explode or anything like that...

Stats show that males are more successful at committing suicide because they often use more "violent" ways of action (shooting, jumping off a building, crashing into something at a high speed with a car, etc.) than females (who use less effective ways such as slitting wrists, taking pills, etc.)...

I personally can't imagine popping pills into my mouth and still being able to think afterwards, thoughts like, "I wonder how long this is going to take effect" or panicking and regretting after having swallowed those pills. Same with wrist slitting - I would hate to watch my life flow away and still be able to think, "How much longer?" or "I REGRET THIS, AHHH, HELP!"...

A gun to the head is so much easier and faster. "I want to die." Pull the trigger. BOOM, you're dead.

Im guessing its harder to retract ur decision to commit suicide if u take some pills. The finality of it is overwhelming. its like, in one second, im gonna die. this is it. this is the moment...

Oh sure, go blow your brains out all over your nice wallpaper.. but even that leaves a certain chance of survival.. as a vegetable.

If a person is not put on life support after being shot in the head, I'm pretty sure that he/she will die soon after.

You're only a vegetable if you're able to stay alive on life support, right?
