axl rose has one of the most greatest voices in the world
he can change his voice and play with it as he like
the first time i heard guns'n roses - civil war i thought that the band had 2 singers !
his voice is just so great

Uuuuh, heh first time I heard his voice I thought it was a bit of a joke... heh I thought "this is cool cus its just big laugh" heh I knew it wasn't a joke but I still listened to it cus I thought his voice was cool in a novel way. I really think the guy's overrated, his singing doesn't really match up to a singer like Robert Plants. Plus he's an egotistic joke who cancels concerts like an Irish man buys rounds of drink.

I'm w/HK here...I did not like GnR when they were in their heyday. Velvet Revolver, on the other hand, has quickly become one of my favorite rock bands...great live show, BTW. Thumb Up

Really? I've never actually heard anything by them, I just know it was Slash's band after GnR. I'll give 'em a listen then, since the fan base seems to be more reliable then the GnR one.

Yeah, you should give 'em a listen...lead singer is Scott Weiland from Stone Temple Pilots.
