Bush awards Ali highest civilian honor

U.S. President calls former boxer "a man of piece"

Muhammad Ali Θ his hands shaking and eyes reflecting the White House chandiliers, accepted the nation's highest civilian award from U.S. President George W. Bush on Wednesday.

Bush called him "the Greatest of All Time" and "a man of piece", and tied the Presidential Medal of Freedom around the former heavyweight champion's neck.
