»How do I link to someone else's site?«


Hi,

How do I place a link from my site to some else's site?

I am not even sure as to whether the site that I pay a monthly fee for is actually considered my site.

Is it considered my site only if I have what I believe it is called "FTP" access? Is it true then that if I can not make changes to the site then the site is not actually mine, therefore, I can not link my site to someone else's?

Can someone help me out on this one?

1) Get a domain name. Don't even think of setting up a website without an own domain name

2) Buy domains very cheap from


3) Choose a domain name that starts with "a" or "1" or so. So you will be listed high in alphabetical lists
