Folks... Did we miss the fact that Gaia is in ALPHA STAGE? that's why they are always having problems. Its for testing and getting major issues fixed... Yet I don't see much fixing again. The problems have gotten worse after three days instead of better, and yet they still try to promote useless events? Odd way of handling things... Moo: Try using the Q&F forums and see if an important matter gets attention. There have been several scams/hacks/bans that have gone unanswered, and yet I see smaller issues addressed quickly. So moving a thread is more important than seeing to the nice gentleman who is being patient about waiting on getting his account fixed? Also, browse Barton Town. Several of those threads contain atleast ONE idiot, but if there is more than one, likely the whole thread is full of them. The Gaming discussion thread is vastly populated by idiots as well. I even found a so called 'veteran' that seemed to type correctly, but had no knowledge to use in a debate. He just kind of sputtered useless crap from that hole he called a mouth. If there is a forum on there, then there will be idiots... Lots and lots of idiots. posted by Viral |

I like Gaia, really I do. Its a great way to kill time between classes. The journal system is a niffty tool, to bullshit my required 'optional' journal for english class. I'm a recovering pack-rat too, so item hoarding is a great way to amass tons of shit without talking up actaul space.   posted by nutra-bitter |

I am from gaia. And gaia is, in Alpha testing. Right now, they have a trade system, a shop system. A journal. Guilds. Fishing. Adn rare events/items. Right now, they are working on a battle system. All of it is flash. The battle system is when your avatar can fight against another. Also, they are working on a housing system. The house of your avatar. It is amazing. Its only 11 admins/people that made and work on it. And all the art is original. When it goes public, it will be the best forum online. posted by Ukrainian |

 Ukrainian: I am from gaia. And gaia is, in Alpha testing. There is no alpha testing. Alpha testing is just an excuse for "Eat my crap. I was too lazy to fix gross errors". Actually there is also no beta testing. Beta testing is just an another word for "I think my program is ready, but I don't want any indictments" As if any program would NOT be a beta test. posted by knn |

You can, its released to the public, but the coding or whatever hasn't been finalized. It still a bit glitchy but its fun. I'm just on here cause its down, again. Unknown Person on Gaia: I think its good becasue, there are alot of us that don't have places to express our imagtination and on gaia, we have the opprotunity to share out imagination with others, and it helps us learn how to use teamwrok, how to express our ideas, and how to get along in some cases...I think It is a perfect place to go and give aqnd show your imagination...its also very protective of its users in many ways..so that's good that we don't have to worry about that in some cases..i hope if ay of you have a good imagaination, will be willing to come on out and try it some time, its fun, creative, and a very safe fun place to be
