»Measure your wait«

I guess most f you guys know how to measure their Body Mass Index, but just for fun and for those who don't know - a BMI calculation. They give some nice advice too. Enjoy!

It's also nice to put in different wait to see at what point you could become obese or underweight.

(metric)

I believe in the system of heavy bones. There is no overweight, we all just have heavy bones. White laugh

That's not right

According to that being 6'2" tall, If I weigh 14 stone or more, I'm overweight. Shocked

Sorry, but with my build, if I weighed less than 14 stone, I'd look like an empty shirt on a coathanger.

Is bullshit. It doesn't factor in muscle mass, bone density, etc. Especially muscle mass as it weighs more than fat, does. I'm 5'10, 180 lbs. but have a body fat of 13% (not much) but yet I'm considered overweight.

The only way to measure

The only quite reliable way to measure whether you are too fat or not is to take 1 fold of the skin and measure its thickness.
