I guess most f you guys know how to measure their Body Mass Index, but just for fun and for those who don't know - a BMI calculation. They give some nice advice too. Enjoy! Is bullshit. It doesn't factor in muscle mass, bone density, etc. Especially muscle mass as it weighs more than fat, does. I'm 5'10, 180 lbs. but have a body fat of 13% (not much) but yet I'm considered overweight. posted by GP |
