 I think it's okay. Maybe needs a bit more options. The only think you can do is send telegrams and vote some shi... but it's fun to try to make the worst Empire ever. Right now my Civil Rights are ''few'' (working on making them even less) Political Freedom ''Unheard of'' (less also) But on the other hand my Economy is ''Very Strong''
