No, i think even God has to follow his own rules.

God's rules? God rules!

Who says this is a rule of god? Earth's scientists?

Sure he can change the past. For all we know (if he exists) maybe he has already done it.

If god changed things at a whim then he is not omniscient, it would mean he makes mistakes which i thought God cant do?

Tricks upon gods

How come? Gods can change their considerations.

Gods can do mistakes by the following steps:
a) Since gods want fun/games they must become non-omniscient (because if you know everything, you can't have fun/games)
b) after becoming less omniscient, they can be tricked by false data
c) after that they can be tricked even more.

Why would an omniscient being want to give that up just for the sake of fun and games? being omniscient they would surely know it is but fleeting moments of an emotion they are above. They are enlightened, good, bad, light, dark, left, right, happy and sad would mean nothing to them. They are outside time and space beyond emotion and it's pitfalls.

Unless God is a complete prankster and the universe is his homework asignment due next week. Very Happy

Poor gods

Yes, because
a) you already know what will happen
b) you don't understand it. After all you have to be poor at least once to understand the condition of being poor.

Gods can only understand human problems if they have had such problems themselves. I am talking about *Experience* now. Gods have theoretical knowlidge, not practical experience.

How can a god really know what it means to be hungry and suffer from it? Only by being hungry and by suffering from it. But that is only possible if a god ceizes to be a god.

But ceizing to be a god opens a bag full of traps.
