Jeep, a brand that conveys an image of rugged outdoor adventures, has shown how it would design vehicles for the urban landscape instead in the Treo concept.

The name is a reference to the number 3, which is significant to the Treo for a couple of reasons. First, the small Treo — designed that way to fit into crowded areas — can seat a maximum of three people because of its profound taper from front to back. (The third seat can also be folded for more cargo room.) Second, on either side of the tapered tail is a wing with three functions: brake light, air intake and bicycle mount.
